اللَّهُمَّ انْفَعْنِي بِمَا عَلَّمْتَنِي وَعَلِّمْنِي مَا يَنْفَعُنِي وَزِدْنِي عِلْمًا

O Allah, benefit me with what You have taught me, teach me what will benefit me, and increase me in knowledge.

O Allah, suffice me with what You have made lawful instead of what You have made unlawful, and make me independent of all others besides You by Your bounty.

O Allah, You are my Lord, there is no deity except You. You created me and I am Your servant. I abide by Your covenant and promise as best I can.

There is no deity except Allah, alone, without partner. To Him belongs dominion, and to Him belongs all praise. He gives life and causes death, and He is Living and does not die. In His Hand is all good, and He is over all things competent.

اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي عَبْدُكَ ابْنُ عَبْدِكَ ابْنُ أَمَتِكَ نَاصِيَتِي بِيَدِكَ مَاضٍ فِيَّ حُكْمُكَ عَدْلٌ فِيَّ قَضَاؤُكَ أَسْأَلُكَ بِكُلِّ اسْمٍ هُوَ لَكَ

O Allah, I am Your servant, son of Your servant, son of Your maidservant. My forelock is in Your hand, Your command over me is forever executed, and Your decree over me is just. I ask You by every name belonging to You.
